The focal point of the Kota Restaurant is the grand open fireplace in the center of the restaurant. Tables are set by the wall around the fire. Our à la carte menu is inspired by the flavours of Lapland, but we are happy to prepare your very own menu too. The restaurant is open subject to booking. Maximum capacity 50 pax.
The heart of the island, Restaurant Kota, offers dinner services in Vartiosaari. Dinners are theme based and experiential. Magical Lappish atmosphere, delicious food, high-quality wines, as well as proficient and good service ensure a perfect dining experience.
Our conference room in the main building, features all necessary meeting amenities: big screen tv, video projector and paper board. The large windows bring the surrounding water views indoors and the fireplace gives a cosy atmosphere.
Meeting facilities are upto 20 to 40 people, depending on the table layout.
All menus are for minimum group size 10 pax.
All meals must be booked in advance, at least 2 weeks before.
Separate terms are applied to last-minute bookings.
Final group size must be informed 1 week before and the minimum billing is according to the informed group size.
Meals for special diets due to medical conditions are catered to if informed in advance.
For other special diet requests, we reserve the right to charge a 50% extra fee of the meal price.
The entire island has a full liquor license. Bringing own alcohol drinks is not allowed.
